Anyone know any good/decent "ratmen" figs that could be used for a Blood Bowl team?

Also, there is an Italian manufacturer of Blood Bowl-esque minis and I can't remember it for the life of me. Anyone who I'm talkig about?

The menu of teams that stems from Gaspez's "Fantasy football" entry seems rather temperamental! Several times, it would close up as soon as I got the cursor near one of the team headings…

GW's plastic skaven are pretty easy conversions (althoug I think they're onto a new sculpt now). Just a weapon snip did it for me.
