I'm sure there must be several museums with miniature models of Egyptian tombs in their exhibits.

Here's one I found:

QUESTION:

Have you guys found any other pics of museum models of Egyptian tombs out there?

Thanks,

Dan
PS. Great set up there for SF, Pulp, Victorian, Horror and other genres, don't you think?

I forgot to include these two others:

I hope others add other images of museum scale models of Egyptian tombs.

I don't remember any models in the Egyptian Museum in Cairo. Here's the link for the Theban Mapping Project which gives the layouts:

Near the Step Pyramid there's a beautiful mastaba tomb I didn't get to go in. IIRC, there's an online tour of it, but I'm having old timer's disease.

The six tombs I was in in the Valley of the Kings all had similar scenes (kick that howling Egyptologist, would you?), so the Theban Mapping Project layouts plus a good set of tomb images ought to do 'er.

Tut's was totally different and small. I hate to say this, but standing in front of the sarcophagus, my thought was "This isn't good enough for a game." Hey, it was hot and I needed a beer.

Not a real tomb but if you want to use the idea for some Pulp games check out Hirst Arts:

But will the museums let us game in their exhibits?
