I'm going nuts ( short trip ) looking for some RAL 6014 paint ( Federal Standard 24064 ) which apparently is close, but not quite Humbrol #155 or Xtracolor X:X254. In the process, I found Urban Fredriksson's Color Reference Chart online at link where it lists the conversion and what color was used when/where. So, while I still can't get Olivegelb ( olive gold ) at least everyone now can verify their modern paint colors online. While I was looking, I've found that if you want your garage door, your house, a Unimog or even a horse-drawn buggy in your favorite RAL-listed color, its available. Try explaining to your homeowner's association that your house's new color scheme meets with Luftwaffe approval. Wyatt |

this place works for me when converting Pantones to RAL or RGB etc – I work with plastic mouldings, so convertion between colour standards is essential. link There are loads of places who will mix you up paints to pantone or RAL standards – pretend you're a big company and they usually send you a sample. My GAZ is painted in a DULUX equivilant of the original Russian 'green' I got mixed up from my local Homebase. Regards GAZMAN |
