Remember the 1960 time machine itself? link QUESTIONS: Well, would this work as the circle thingie on the back of the contraption? If so, would it work best for 15mm or 28mm? auction If not, is there something else you'd recommend? Thanks. Dan PS. I wonder if one of these could work for a 15mm driver's chair: auction |

Try manipulating the images on that first link – you get the message "The images on this page occupy the same space as they did a moment ago but in another time. To the future to be exact. That's why you can't touch them." Somebody's site designer has a fine sense of humor. |

Probably my all time favorite movie. It may have been the first sci fi film I ever watched. If I recall correctly, the diameter of the disc was less than the height of George. Maybe a bit more than 3/4 his height. That disc should work great for 28mm. Especially for an interpretation of the time machine rather than a replica. If you're planning a game based on the 1960 film, I highly recommend a mixture of Mantic Games plastic ghouls and Warlord games plastic Celts for the Morlocks. Wargames Factory Numidians might be a good start for Eloi, though you'll have to look elsewhere for females. Sorry to have rambled so much, but I really love that movie. Edit: One more thing, this would probably make a good seat for a 28mm version auction |

I wish I could open these "erkelzaar" website pictures: link For some reason, that link isn't working for me. Dan |

Looks like a 15mm satellite dish to me. Doesn't GZG make some. |

I had one of those letter openers that looked like a miniature rapier or foil. The domed hand guard would have worked perfectly. |

It looks like there is a message in Braille on the edge of the fly-wheel. |

I dunno about a back disc, but what that machine really needed was a "Back" button! Of course, it would probably just generate a "404— time period not found" error, and then where would you be? |
