I won't play to lose, but I'll play as anybody and protect them like my own children while I'm doing it, be it Japanese, Soviets or Germans (all in WW2) and all of whom I don't much care for. Quietly smiling at those who won't play the SS but then almost seem to vibrate with glee at the thought of killing them… |

I dont generally game moderns. 2 reasons Firstly, to avoid what Stu referred to as the "SS loons in a T-shirt". Secondly, I wargame as a game, and if I've talked with veterans with unpleasant/traumatic memories, seen/read particularly sinister histories or think I might offend passing veterans its not a game for me – spoils the mood and means i dont enjoy it. |
