Since Eureka release more poses and weapons for their great SciFi German line, there were a few folks asking how they compared to FOW minis. I grabbed a few Flames of War Minis and a couple German vehicles to do some comparison shots. I tried to keep the minis at an even height, so I had to add or remove washers / bases etc. I think all the minis work just fine with each other and feel the Eureka SciFi Germans are perfect for WWWII or near future games. The new figures, weapons and poses are just what Eureka needed to kick start this line again.

Hopefully this will prove useful for those that wanted more information and sorry they are bare metal and the details are less than crisp.

Thanks a pile for taking and posting the photos. Comparison shots like this tell the scale far better than the usual 'foot to eyes' or 'top of head' explanations. It also allows us to compare figure bulk and style side by side.
Very much appreciated!

Would these be the best looking miniatures on the market to do Starwars Stormtroopers in 15mm?

Also when will these be available at fighting 15s???

How close are they to the titan marines from Rebel Minis??

How close are they to the titan marines from Rebel Minis??

They are a little chunkier than the Titan Marines, but I think they would mix ok. If you remind me (just PM me until I get it done, hopefully tonight), I can add some Titan Marines to the pictures since they are still sitting in front of my camera. Anything else I need to put in the pictures while I'm at it?

Nice job…any chance you had some GZG 15mm NI or any other faction to compare they to, size wise?

JRacel17 May 2010 9:00 a.m. PST

Jammer Man, I have NI troopers sitting on the table where I was taking pictures. I will add them to the list. Others?

Toss some Peter Pig in there, if you would? AK47 is a line I keep wanting to mix with all the new 15mm scifi. Maybe some Critical Mass?

(Also PM'd.)

I will try and add more comparisons this evening. PP Modern marines, Khurasan Resistance Fighters (the new ones), some Rebel (Titan Marines, US Army, Special Forces, Contractors . . . ) and some GZG minis.
