Has anyone ordered any from either Two Dragon Productions or Dixon? I have emails out to these companies but no response. I wish I could find a US stocklist

I've got an order pending with Dixon; I'll try to remember to post if the order is filled or say something if enough time passes and it isn't filled. They charged my credit card, so if they don't fill the order I'll let them duke it out with my credit card company. Caliver Books says they haven't been able to restock and have some inventory left so you might check there and see if they have what you want. Caliver offers free shipping for orders for more than 16.5 pds. Depending on what you want---I've bunches of Two Dragons I bought used (some stripped and some black primed and based on WRG-style styrene bases but not painted) some time back. Now that I have them I don't really care for the style of the Two Dragons figures-I'm using Peter Pig instead-and would be willing to sell or trade them (my order to Dixon was for the two cannon sets; PP doesn't have Samurai cannon and so far as I know no one but Two Dragons does in 15mm so I didn't have a choice). If you're interested PM me. Dennis |

Two Dragons does exist. Tim does not get out much (do many shows). He was at Sheffield Triples last month. I had a few beers with him. I will try to get a message to him. |

Dixon was one of the lines that Wargames dumped. |

And Brookhurst doesn't list Two Dragons as a range they carry-I suspect they dropped it because of the inventory/resupply problem, but you might email Larry Huber at Brookhurst and ask-an email is free and Larry is a great guy. Dennis |

I'm hoping to order some of their cavalry, sashimono, and and banner bearers early this summer. I think I got some of the last of the Caliver stock of mounted troops about six weeks ago. It wasn't enough to fill more than a single unit. They have a few other poses left. Caliver is just not a good source for Dixon samurai currently because of their decision to drop the line. I'm surpirsed to learn that Dixon itself is not a reliable source? I hope that I'm misunderstanding that point. I would still like to fill my regular cavalry units with their castings and then use the Peter Pig for my hatamoto. |

Getting a hold of Two Dragons has been really tough for years. Lord knows I've tried. |

I am pretty sure Brookhurst is out of Two Dragon, they definaely are not carrying it as an active range, may have a few bags lying about, but last time I was there I asked and got a negative for them having any again. |

Years ago I was in Brookhurst and they had 2D on hand. However, that was 8 or so years ago. 2D produces some lovely figures though and I would enjoy having a couple of 100 more of them. |

I remember from my 15mm Japanese wargames days that Navwar supplied an excellent cannon; very good stack of straw bales propping it up. The crew were pretty good too. |

Try contacting Dave at Caliver/Minifigs – think they have them again. |

Caliver/Minifigs appear to have bought those ranges from 2D/Dixon. Dixon still sell and presumably manufactur the Boer war & Napoleonic ranges in 15mm, but the samurai, Normans/Vikings/Rus/Saxons are definately now sold by Caliver. |

Re the Two Dragons Samurai range: Does anybody else feel that the sashimonos are way too big for the figures? I mean they're as tall as the figures you're meant to fit them to! |
