I've got the nominally 15mm (but in fact virtually scaleless) Vespulid wasp-warriors up on my webstore now. Here are some tmp exclusive pics:

And one of the massive Drone swarmleader:

They're of potential use in pulp gaming or even post-apoc as well. Available here:

Great looking figures. Please give me some dimensions for these figures. How tall is the swarmleader figure, and approx how long are the other figures. I wish these were listed as 25/28mm but I know you have gone away from offerings in those scales.

I think dropship horizon had measurements of those?

ming3126 Mar 2010 9:34 a.m. PST

Swarm creatures They do not need to be big . I think they are very cool . Ilove the color scheme used . They will be mine

War Monkey26 Mar 2010 10:00 a.m. PST

Oh yeah they look much better painted up, really nice work! Huummmmmmm now I have to talk to my banker! LOL

Battle Works Studios26 Mar 2010 10:11 a.m. PST

Beautiful paint scheme there. Very nice!

And hey, another opportunity to look at the cat in a straw boater! :)

The cat actually is the mortar, I have read. The mortar shoots out of the top of its little hat. grin

I've give a measure tonight Allen.

Next up are the resistance fighters and power armour marines.

JRacel26 Mar 2010 10:49 a.m. PST

Next up are the resistance fighters and power armour marines.

I will hold my order then until those are also ready. Getting harder and harder not to place an order . . . . .

Ok Jeff, I'll hold some buzzing in a bag for you til then -- just be careful when you open the box!

The painter told me he'd try to get the paintups of the resistance guys and power armour troopers to me before Easter. After that it's the myzontid rangers (elite lampreymen for the pelagics) and felid baron.

In other other news the chewk drilltank print is on its way to me, ironic as I have no Chewks to pour out of it. frown

Those are great! You're really doing great things for expanding the available lines of 15mm aliens.

NoseGoblin26 Mar 2010 11:22 a.m. PST

About fourteen hours too late for me! I will pick some up as soon as I finish my cat-troopers and Plutonians.

Dragon Gunner26 Mar 2010 12:36 p.m. PST

Nice choice of colors.

Captain Apathy26 Mar 2010 1:19 p.m. PST

Boromirandkermit26 Mar 2010 2:14 p.m. PST

They look incredible painted up. I don't know if I'll be able to do them justice, but these are also now on my list.

I have a feeling I'm going to have to order very soon.

Cheers,
Ben.

Coyotepunc and Hatshepsuut26 Mar 2010 3:36 p.m. PST

Love them!

Dropship Horizon27 Mar 2010 4:27 a.m. PST

They are on my workbench basecoated right now. May take a couple of days to finish (until I'm happy with them). Just want to finish some GZG L-UNSC troopers in a yellow/black schene first.

Mark I think you've got your paint schemes mixed up! grin

JRacel27 Mar 2010 9:06 a.m. PST

My will is broken and an order was placed. My wife was looking at them with me (she hates bugs) when she suggested that I have enough different types of bugs for them to fight their own "Bug Wars". This was followed up by a brief discussion of micro sized bugs fighting around garden plants, flower pots etc as a battlefield, at which point she said, "just order them". Now I guess I may need some new silk plants sometime in the future (and some pots etc).

soulman27 Mar 2010 2:51 p.m. PST

please make them in 28mm….please

Insomniac27 Mar 2010 4:08 p.m. PST

I think they'd work OK for 28mm as they are…but I'll second your request :).

JRacel, your wife actually told you to order minis? Wow. I usually just get the rolling-of-the-eyes.

Does she have a sister?

(I make fun of others)29 Mar 2010 9:17 a.m. PST

It's called love. You see it in relationships, every once in a while.

JRacel29 Mar 2010 11:32 a.m. PST

JRacel, your wife actually told you to order minis? Wow. I usually just get the rolling-of-the-eyes.

It was more that she realized it was going to happen sooner or later, so just go ahead and do it . . . . .

Later, when I mentioned that I had gone ahewad and ordered them (moments after she had uttered the faitful words and left the room), she looked at me and rolled her eyes and asked her favorite questio "so when are you actually going to play a game with them?" Ouch. I never have time to game and barely get time to paint in hopes of someday getting in a game, so she toss that up on a regular basis. "Why buy and paint the little people if you don't ever do anything with them?" Oh well, my bugs are on their way and that is what matters.
