Hi all,

A few pics and a bit of a write-up about a half-dozen or so games of A&A2 that we ran at the West Midlands Military Show in Wolverhampton, England this afternoon.

I've played a game of A+A2 and it's a very enjoyable, fast paced and neat system.

And you get to raid your kid's toybox for Hotwheels!

Sounds like a cracking game and the pictures of the cars are very inspirational, especially the twin mustang..which is completely deranged but somehow cool.

Excellent stuff.

The link to the rules PDF doesn't seem to be working – do you have a new link? I remember playing A&A1, and it would be good to update the game…

Cheers,
Colin

Playtest rules link is dead, as is the playsheet link – purposeful?

I seriously dig the AMX Pro Stocker. Paint job is good, and the design of the car is ace. Good choice. (So much so that I found a reasonably-priced one on eBay and am going to use one)

What is the front gun on Purple Haze? Looks familiar, but I can't quite place it.

If you could fix the link to the rules, it would add another "someday" project to the pile…

The models look really nice so might be worth giving it a try.

Any suggestions on sources for guns to add on ?

Stan Johansen ( stanjohansenminiatures.com ) has a good set of stuff, check the Road Warriors link.

Also look for an article called "Independent Gamer 1: Scratchbuilding Weapons for 1/64 Battle Cars." You can make some of your own.

The Warlands forum at Aberrant is also a good source for tips and examples.

Good fun game. Have played them down the club and my eight year old thinks they're great. I feel I have to let him play as most of the cars were his to start with before I liberated them:)

Looks like good old car destroying fun!

That was really annoying, looks as if Mediafire auto-pruned my PDFs perhaps by not being downloaded for a while.

Anyway, replacement files uploaded and available from the blog.
