I remember following a link on here a little while back, it led to a site that sold Miami Vice style miniatures as a set of 4. Complete with Crocodile.

Does anybody know which manufacturer it is please?

Another option is to get 4 generic miniatures for the humans, and MegaMiniatures sells a 28mm Alligator, single or multi-pack. (I bought several of them for my Florida swamp games.)
