I visited the Lancaster Wargamers this evening and played AK47 for the first time! So a quick thankyou to all involved over there, many thanks for the warm welcome! I look forward to indoctrinating you all in Battletech next week!

Anyway… we played AK47 this evening, a game i've never played before. What a good fun game it is!

Erm thats about it… so thankyou!

So what is the name of your force? What does the flag look like? Who "won"? Will there be further press releases?

Do you want to buy some used M47s? Only several careful owners.

Long live Prince Chumbawumba, lawful ruler of umBongo. Down with that charlatan and heretic General BuggaWugga. May he rot in hell!

We did use the latest "Reloaded" rules.

However, rather than using the standart pre-game sequence, I designed a counter insurgency scenario incorporating:
- supplying the base
- amushing a convoy
- mortaring the base
- a "full scale" attack on the base
- reinfocements arrive

I too have been bitten by the AK47R bug, and I'm also a big Battletech fan too. I wonder if there is something about both games that means if you like one, you will like the other?

Down with the Zumatan irredentist subversives.

Vive Nbuto!

And so it starts. Will the cycle of hate never end?

Not in our little bit of Africa gamimg the "Zumata-Nbuto Festivel of peace and Love 79" just wouldn't be the same:)

I am disturbed with the level of anti-dentite statements on this topic. I do not understand the anger with dentists.

Not played AK47 for a few years and not played the new rules yet but will be recalling the Buestenhalter Republic of Africa (BRA) ready to action again.
