Looking for a good detailed account of the battles, forces, and tactics used by both sides. Maps with military movements a plus. Just what is available out there? Alex |

Two suggestions: First, go to Stonebooks.com and browse the subjects. Second, try the official US Army "Fall of the Philippines" at link for the maps if nothing else. Ed |

Is there any mention of the 4th Marines in any of these books? |

"Is there any mention of the 4th Marines in any of these books?" Page #528 of the " The Fall of the Philippines" has some information on them and their use on Corregidor. And on pages# 12 and 79 in " The Battle of Bataan,A Complete History". Robert link |

The 'green book' has some things on the 4th. They weren't engaged on Bataan (well, not the regiment as a whole) so they don't really appear in "Bataan: Our Last Ditch". However you can find a lot about the 4th Marines on line with just a bit of Google-fu. |
