A nice review on PSR for the HaT WW1 Brit heavy weapons set. Almost tempting me to start this period, if I can find a way to avoid trenches :-)

I'm waiting for when the Early-War Brits finally get announced. The masters that they showed on their forum looked pretty good, so that might go nicely with all the Germans I bought from them.

The Brit heavy weapons set is very nice, especially the Lewis gunners with seperate heads.

Yes, Marc, just seen it myself… the new range of HaT figures across many eras is getting me to think about starting a second period away from WW2… & WW1 is appealing if for no other reason than fairly easy to paint… think of the Somme & cover everything in mud LOL

Marc, look at the campaigns late 1918.

" if I can find a way to avoid trenches "

A way to avoid trenches? Sir Douglas Haig would be very interested in any ideas you have!

Trench warfare is more promising as a wargaming subject than popular history would have you think.

Sadly I have all the late war British heavy weapons I need already – Emhar.

To avoid trenches look at late summer/autumn 1918. The war suddenly got mobile again!
