That critter was just on Monster Quest on the "Not" History Channel. It sounds pretty neat.

There was a toy series from Japan called Chocovaders…that carried this type of figure (and a lot of others) along with other 'Cryptozoological' oddities…and some of them are still available. I think I had one of the LARGE 'Flatwood' aliens at one time…but prefer the TENTACLES and stuff instead…here's one non-ebay link…showing it at top of toys…and some other links of 'interest'

I do rather like the Flatwoods Monster… very strange-looking and it certainly has an eerie story.
