Hello fellow TMPers – I am doing a project that involves using a fair number of Maple Leaf decals – I have tried to find some and came up with the Ultracast decals for armour, but the decal sheet while very nice only has 4 maple leaf decals per sheet – any clues as to where I might look? I think a small decal for 1/54 would work

Thanks for any advice

I have some drawn up for the next decal print run, but it's likely to be a little while. They are currently used on the Canadian flag decals: link

Depending on how many you need, consider printing your own. I got 5 sheets of decal paper from MicroMark (http://www.micromark.com/) for about USD7.00. You can then use, I should guess, any number of royalty-free maple leaves found on the web, and print them up to your heart's delight. If you don't have Photoshop or suchlike for resizing, consider the open-source GIMP: gimp.org

I'm not sure what size you need, but GHQ makes some white maple leafs as part of their decal set D10. These would work great as shoulder patches for 28mm (I've used them as such on some sci-fi stuff I painted).

But probably smaller than you want, eh?

Thanks for the ideas – actually, I do want them for shoulder insignia, so I will look in to the GHQ decals, but the QRF decals are tempting as is the idea to make some custom ones

No shortage of options – again, thanks for the quick response!
