I'm working on the superb HLBSC Tyrannosaurus Rex and I've been doing him in a browning colour with a beige countershade, but he needs more colour on top. Any suggestions ?

Maybe a red-brown pattern?

Black or dark gray symmetrical stripes, just on top. I've seen T-Rexes painted like that, and they look good.

Pink, it would explain their nasty disposition. Like a boy named Sue.

T-Rex named Sue too. So pink does fit.

You could try a tiger/cat stripes pattern in a complementary colour. It worked well for mine.
