Hi, I look for an another supplier of 3D flight stands than Top Gun marketing LLC. Could you help me ???
Nearly Four months that I have placed an important order and I have yet received nothing. I begin to find that it's a bit too long and it is a euphenism.
I need 3d flight stands very quickly, please could you help me to find an another supplier??Best regards

Hi Franck, My apoliogies for the delay/non-delivery of your stands. They must have been lost in the mail, so I will send out replacements at no charge. We stand by our products and service. Occasional mishaps, and delays in transtit do occur, which we have no control over.

Franck, this is not an attack on you but did you contact Rob to discuss this prior to posting here?
I do not think you can hold Rob to account for a postal service error and his response is rather generous, at least it is all resolved for you though, maybe you could post a glowing report on Rob's merchandise when your free replacements arrive? |

Franck39 - I've ordered several times from Top Gun Ace. Out of all the times dealing with him only one time had a problem with the mail which he fixed immediately. Never had a problem otherwise. Great stands, planes, rules and great service. Maybe you should check your communications? Kimball |
