Hello TMPers,

I've posted a 5-part blog on a build of seven Albatros D.Vs and a single D.Va. These are 1/72 scale models for use in Canvas Eagles games. If you read the reports, start from the bottom (Part 1) and work your way up (Part 5).

Enjoy!

Excellent work!!

Those are simply awesome. I've always loved WW1 air combat but I'm into far too many other periods to even attempt it. Guess I'll just have to stick to flight sims on the computer.:)

About time old man, now how about getting to those teutonic kniggots so we can play some WAB?

But seriously, nice work.

Next time I get a trip to Edmonton (care of DND) I need to stop by the club and see some of that fine work you do.
Beautiful aircraft!

Kevin,

Are you coming down to Salute in Vancouver this year?

Cheers,
Thomas

It's great to see you using the magnetic pivot heads. I use those too!

Stunning work, just stunning. Where did the images come from? There is a pic of an Albatros banking over a town that looks like it's from a game or something?

Beautiful, Kevin!

Thanks for the nice comments, guys…

DocMagus: You should drop by…club info can be found here…

Thomas: Wasn't planning on attending Salute…but may be able to make it…gotta check with the boss.

Ben Ten: The images I find are just done with Google searches…for instance, if you google "Neckel Jasta 12" the first image that pops up is that video game shot (which is quite nice).

Have a good one!
