I ma stating to assemble a WWI armored car to add to my British forces, and want it to be one in service with the Royal Navy. I am wondering if anyone has found a good shade of gray paint to represent the Royal Naval armored cars? I typically use Vallejo paints so a reference there is preferred, but I also sometimes use the cheaper hobby store acrylics. Thanks, Terry |

The Rn started out with their ships in the Northern European theatre painted a dark gray. I'd suggest Vallejo's Dark Sea Gray. |

Yes, I used Humbrol Sea Grey, pretty much the same colour. |
