I have had some MKP Latex roads for several years, but in the last year I moved my miniatures stuff to the garage, and I was getting them out to use the other day, and most of my roads were stuck together and couldn't be pulled apart. I guess they melted in the heat of my garage.

My question is, is there a way to seal the ones that survived so that they will not stick together?

Not in my experience. The stuff will melt if you aren't careful. You can lay it out flat with nothing on top of it. I find it peels right off, no worse for wear if you do this.

Put them flat and layer them between wax/parchment paper. Better would be to keep them out of the hot garage.

Wrapping paper might work as well, and I concur, keep them out of the heat.

No problems with my roads.

I make latex roads out of mastic/caulking and this is what I do. One thing I've found, though that really helps is painting them. I use brown caulking, but dry brush the hell out of them:

These are examples of my earlier attempts – you can see mostly the brown latex, with only a small bit of dry brushing:

I find the paint really helps with sticking. With my first iteration of these latex roads (see the last two pictures), I found the vehicles and figure bases stuck a little when I left the game set up over night and went to clean up weeks after the game in addition to the sort of sections sticking together like Landorl describes, though one could pull them apart carefully. With loads of paint on them, this doesn't happen as much, if at all.

I have decided that they have to stay in the house. I will try painting them to see if it helps!
