Ok, I thought I'd join to offer my advice. I have been having exactly the same problems which have been logged on Warseer. I recently managed to get a response from "john" who quickly sorted my order from September and sent some freebies too. He also said to contact him directly in future if any more problems. Sleazy, I have fired off several emails and a recorded delivery letter to BTD. Still not had the remainder of my items, since November 09 when they were ordered. The service from BTD is just dire. I feel rather guilty as my order contained items for club mates who, I pursuaded to get some BTD figures. Also two other club mates are waiting for out standing orders too, that I know of. Bad organisation is one thing, but this is really starting to look and sound like fraud! |
