It is previewed on their website here:

I myself am a bit disappointed with him.

I never really liked that pose and the steel skull never really looks right when done in lead somehow.

I'm no expert, but didn't Cromwell have that bowl type hair job? The Puritan look…not a Cavalier style.

I like the Warlord Games Pike and Shotte range very much. But as in all figure ranges, not every casting will be a gem. I think a classic pose of Chromwell in a lobster tailed helmet would be more to my liking.

I think he looks far too dandy to be the puritan officer he was. Agree with above far better with pot than plumed hat. I also don't understand the boots rolled down – surely the whole point of the design was to wear them long on the leg when on horse back?

His hair does make him look more like an effete Royalist than a good honest Parliamentarian :-)

Oliver's hair would have been long by modern standards, but not I think as long as in the model. See the National Portrait Gallery image link

Actually, the length in the portrait and on the miniature look quite similar to me.

I think he looks more than alittle like the owner of Warlord which is odd for a known royalist.

I would have liked him a helmet too. I have the Essex and Rupert models. They are fantastic!

Cromwell was an Independent not a Puritan. Did have what we would consider long hair and the model looks right. You have to wear boots up when riding as it protects the the inside of the leg from the saddle and strip leathers. Sash was worn around the waist when riding as it stopped the sword belt bouncing around. The boot hose showing is expensive and Cromwell not known for spending his money on finery. Boot hose was worn to protect the stockings and breaches from the boots.
Nice Model but not Cromwell. It is always difficult to find accurate figures so I just buy what pleases me. Have been wary of Warlord since buying the Saker and the size of the Crew figures. So will wait to see it in the flesh.

Has the model got all the warts?!

Is that some sort of rising trot -just looks a bit odd to me- maybe he had piles.
I got the Essex fig today -I like that one.
5 quid though…
As for Rupert- well what an absolute dog's breakfast.
Chap seems to have some sort of ruddy tomahawk.

I think he is great! I shall be adding him to my burgeoning Parliamentarian army.

cheers
