Hi all. Does anyone know who the manufacturer of fantasy miniatures is with the base marked RD in a oval? |

Not ringing a bell. What sort of (looks at board this is posted in) fantasy miniature is it, what sort of base does it have, and what scale? |

And many times letters are the sculptor's initials, having nothing to do with the manufacturer. |

Rieder design. They dont make figures anymore so these must be quite old, they may have sold the moulds to another company , possibly the ones that started Alternative Armies. The parent company was what is now Alchemy Carta who make dubious trinkets for goths and other heavy metal type of merchandising. I used to have some nice little goblins of theirs. |

Thanks Monstro. I picked up a large mult-part 25mm-28mm lead Dragon from the U.K. off Ebay and have never before encountered the makers mark. This has been my first post to TMP and it looks like I found the right group of knowledgeable people. Thanks again. John. |
