I got a few packs of Crusader minis for Christmas from my Mom. There was a mix up with the order and she was shipped the wrong item number (ANN-03 instead of ANN-02). I sent an quick email last night explaining the mix up. I just got a call from Theressa let me know that they we going to be sending out the correct one this morning, yes on Christmas Eve, and to keep the ones that were sent in error. Agree wholeheartedly that everyone at Old Glory gives 110% to the customer. Very happy with my (new for me) 1/600 Mikasa and Borodino ships. Looking forward to some RJW naval gaming next year! |

I am VERY happy with the treatment and service I get from Teresa and the Crew (Connie, Greg, etc.) when I order my figures from Old Glory and cannot recommend them enough. Last year I had a polite conversation with her over the phone regarding her dog as we were discussing a transaction I had made with Old Glory. She was great, the business was concluded on very good terms for both parties, and I found out later her dog got better! Old Glory service and quality of their figures makes me forget the problems I had with "Brand X" figures. No names, but "Brand X" has been the subject of quite a few complaints on the "Consumer Affairs" pages of TMP. Now when will Teresa and company announce the release of the Old Glory PAINTED line of Ancient Celts, Britons and Gauls????? |
