I received an order today from ChaosOrc which was unfortunately missing one of the items that I'd paid for. The good news is that within about an hour of notifying them that my item was missing they issued a prompt refund to my PayPal account. I wish that all merchants showed the same level of accountability when they make a mistake! I'll definitely be ordering from them again. |
