Do any of the current manuf. of 10s make any dead or wounded models? If not which would be the easiest to convert. OG strips are the only ones I have any knowledge of.

Converting is still the cheapest practice. Individually based will give you the greatest variety of final poses.
Using the old practice of clipping the weapons from hands and stepping on the casting with a soft sole shoe always works well for me at both the 10mm and 15mm scales.

Bend Sinister are in the process of producing some dead and wounded for their Redline 10mm Napoleonic range.

They can be seen here:

Yeah – my money is on taking some of the least exspensive models from the producer and stomping them flat with a meat tenderizer.

I use the stupid poses from 1/72 plastics for this. Never waste a single soldier because they can *always* become a casualty marker….

Cheers

Like this??

I've got a few more lined up to include actual prone bodies and some fleeing troops without weapons. I'm trying to make them as generic as possible so they fit a number of armies. So no packs or hats.

Oooh, Mike has already posted !
Fabulous. I just went to the end of the thread and popped my oar in without reading…

Nice to see someone's seeing my forum posts here and there.

Those new Redline sculpts are amazing looking figures. The detail on the Austrians is incredible. I didn't think GHQ could be bettered but I think you may have done it.

I thin Perrin does some for ACW for markers. Going to look at them to see if I can adapt them

I hesitate to recommend something I was directly involved in, but Pendraken's AWI wounded might work at a pinch, especially if for early Napoleonics.

Yes, I think Pendraken have dead & wounded in a number of periods. I'll get round to ordering some one day.

I have never gamed in this scale, but I can see how a few scattered casualty figures could denote areas of intense fighting. With all those units on common stands, the scattered casualties would add a lot.

Minifigs do a great range including stretcher bearers and ambulances.
