I have to paint up some 6mm Prussians to supplement my Russians for the 1807 campaign.

Was the blue of the infantry tunics a lighter shade than the dark blue of the Prussian army of 1813 onwards? The reason I ask is that the plates in the Osprey books appear to show a lighter blue for the 1806 Prussians.

Regarding the artillery, were the tunics the same colour as the infantry and what colour were the facings? Also, what colour were the gun carriages?

Any assistance would be appreciated.

It was the same dark blue.
As for artillery – horse or foot artillery?
Otherwise, yes tunics dark blue as well.

I have no help to offer, but I think it's great that someone is doing 1807 with Lestoq's Prussians in the mix.

Please tell us about it. Are you planning a campaign, series of battle re-enactments? What?

Best of luck.

"As for artillery – horse or foot artillery?" Details for both would be appreciated.

At present, I will be using them to game Eylau/Friedland.

Horse artillery had a coat with shorter coat tails, as like for cavalry, gunners had dark blue turnbacks with a black lace at the edges, officers a red turnbacks.

Also on the photos you will see the gun colour.
