OK. This is an odd question…. BUT…
I want to do some converting of some 28mm/heroic figs to have the Mickey Mouse ears on them. Like this. picture

But how would I got about that? Any Suggestions?
Making mods to the figs themselves would be ok, as I want to make them permanent on the fig themselves…
Thanks!

Roll Kneadatite ("green stuff") or another epoxy putty flat until it is the thickness you want (between two layers of plastic is how this is usually done). Cut out circles (a punch or piece of round tubing might help make these uniform). Indent slightly. Let harden. Glue onto heads.

I'd love to see an army with the odd Mickey-Mouse ears helmet sprinkled in. What a great idea!

(Imagine a horde of Celtic warriors, and somewhere in the mix is a lone warrior bearing a tasteful pair of bronze mouse ears. That'd be a hoot. grin)

Best of luck on this project. Show us the results!

How about just using the paper circles you get from a holepunch? Cheap – free even, if you haven't cleaned out the hole punch recently…

Stiffen with white glue as needed.

The hole punch is a great idea— but punch cardstock, or frame-matting card, or even sheet plastic to get stiffer ears.

Leather punch might be even better. That way you can get different/more appropriate? sized ears. It would go through matting card, etc. better too.

Easy: sequins – the small metal kind found at craft shop. Take a razor saw and cut notches on either side of the helmet. Insert edge of sequin. Superglue. Paint.

I'm thinking a Skaven priest would be an appropriate figure.

You should be able to use a hole punch to punch through styrene to get the ears that you want. A leather punch would get you smaller or larger ears to meet your preference.

I am planning on doing a IG squad this way….
Those are some great tips!
Thanks ya'll!

I like that. That on some storm troopers (SW) would compliment my Archive Storm Bunnies.
Yes, to get around Luca-Films, the guy put rabbit ears, tails and feet on his storm troopers.
