doug – in the specific case regarding HMGS east I believe you have the whines from the rear confused with warnings about stepping forward into a mine field which, for the most part, went unheeded by many. And let's not forget those clowns and cowards in the rear next to your "whiners" who openly encouraged the steps forward that others readily took. Some hit a mine, others stepped in do-do. Now east has no good options other than to drive on into the wonderland hoping for good profitable conventions in a still struggling economy and a dwindling hobby. |

Naw. It would befit him more if it was reinforced with a meaningless, self-serving, newsletter about how much he's contributed to the hobby. Give it time. |

The way I understand it he and his board has brought more harm financially to HMGS than any other group by his total lack of business acumen.(I'm being kind) He's been known to tell you what you want to hear and do theopposite. Many other problems associated with his and their actions. Good riddance I say
.. People who don't know the facts will defend him

Lol. I understand people being upset enough about all of this to keep posting about it and discussing it. I also understand people feeling there is nothing more productive to say or being disinterested in continuing the discussion. Honestly, the one thing I don't understand is the number of posts made on thread specifically about the issue from people stating that the issue does not need to be further discussed. It just seems odd to me that someone who doesn't want to discuss this further would keep reading threads that are so obviously about the topic. I don't have a problem with it, I just find it puzzling. |

Yes mastersarg he resigned. Now there are 6 Board members; 3 elected by the membership and 3 appointed by the Board. |

>the number of posts made on thread specifically about the issue from people stating that the issue does not need to be further discussed. The principle of disinformation by confusion. Adding chaff to dilute substantive content. Shouting louder to stifle dissent. Seig Heil ! |
