Like it says. So far I've found
Scotia Grendel: Void 1.1 Syntha, Viridian, Vasa, Junkers weapons packs. (Anyone know who's distributing this in USA? thier USA shipping is redculous!) GW: Bits, etc. We all know about this one. Wyrd: Sells a weapon pack Hasslefree: Sells a variety of Sci-Fi guns for both their Grymm S-dwarves as well as various Human weapons packs. Pig Iron: Sells a pack of their futuristic Assault rifles. So who else is there? |

The Assault Group have excellently scaled AK47s. While not really sci-fi, I doubt anyone will argue whether the AK will be used in "near future". |

Wow, there's some really cool stuff you folks came up with. I like those Heresy assault rifles, and the Reaper and RAFM stuff is cool also. I just found The Assault Group. theassaultgroup.co.uk Seems like these guys make everything! So many guns, so little time
Edit: looks like we posted TAG at the same time! Ak47's are great for near future, and alot of the ak47/m16/bullpup/mp5 weapons are available in kitted out versions that have a very near-future or even futuristic look. |

Some plastic model companies do modern weapon sets in 1/32 (Tamiya?). Too big, you say? Try a few--I did M16s equiping some old beakie Space Marines and thought they looked pretty good. I gave AKs to Orks--they looked pretty neat too. It is b3ecaue whaqt passes for 28mm figs are so NOT human-proportioned. Rob |

Yeah, I've bought some 1/35 scale accessory sets for conversion fodder. Most scifi games I play (40k, Warzone, Vor) have such oversized weapons that a customized 1/35th scale gun looks pretty good in the hands of a 28mm figure. |

Uesugi, I've been watching that thread. If it were available now, it would be my first choice. With a little luck it or a modern version like it might be included in the upcoming "near future armed civilians set". Hoping, hoping, hoping. |

Yeah, its chuggin along at 27% done. I think once some of their SF/NF sets are released (Greatcoats/ Civilians ;-) then the interest in having multiple weapons options will kick in and this one will take off. Thanks for the continued support! |

Thanks for all the help folks. I was especially looking at ways to get futuristic asault rifles and shotguns. I'll probably try some of the sets above, but last night I took a look at my warzone plastics and realized that I have all the shotguns and assault rifles (and miniguns) that I could need. The Imperial assault rifles are pretty obvious, but the Bauhaus rifle is a near perfect pump shotgun with the upper handle and lower magazine removed. |

For shotguns you can pick up the GW 40k space marine scout sprues for cheap. The hands are not too tough to carve off the guns. I gave them to my plastic Cadians to make them Arbiters. |
