I have to spend next Saturday at a loose end in Wellington while the wife attends an event. I figured I'd just pop along to Warlords but upon checking the website I find it's only on alternate weekends and guess what? Not the one I'm there. So does anyone in Wellington want a game next weekend? I play Full Thrust, Combat Zone, Song of Blades and Heros, Song of Drums and Shakos, Mutants and Death Ray Guns and Mustangs. Alternativly if any one wants to teach me a new game my I'd like to try list is, anything by Ad Astra but particularly Squadron Strike, 5150 or anything else from THW, Check Your 6 or Bag the Hun. If you can make it out to Upper Hutt the Hutt club meets on the 14th. There website is huttclub.co.nz/home I'm sure someone there would be more than happy to arrange a game for you – they are a really good bunch. FWIW Wellington may well be in party mode next weekend if the All Whites beat Bahrain and thus qualify for the "real" World Cup :) The game kicks off at 8 at Westpac Stadium. Cheers |
