I, like I suspect many, was very glad to see that Anthony Barton had returned to his Napoleonic range and was starting to fill in a bunch of gaps in the line.
I wondered though how these new figures would compare with older ones. I was particularly concerned with size as the most recent until now AB figures were starting to get up there in height.
Having recently acquired the new Young Guard and Spanish Line figures I am very happy to say that the quality is undiminished and that the figures are `back to normal' size-wise.
So many thanks to Anthony Barton for sculpting these incredible figures and to Nic (Eureka) and Rob (Eureka USA) for making them so easily obtainable!

Not forgetting Ian Marsh this side of the pond with fighting 15s,

Tally Ho!

Oh that's the story behind them. I saw a picture of them painted up on the Eureka web site. I'm going to buy a couple of battalions next week. :oP

ick – you're right there about Ian Marsh. I was thinking about people outside the U.K. when I wrote about Nic & Rob. It wasn't the easiest (or cheapest) thing to get a hold of AB figures in the old days!

Max – yes buy with confidence. The figures are great!
