I have a number of old Gorkamorka buggies, trukks, and bikes that I'd like to use for IG urban combat vehicles. Unforfunatley the ork rider/driver legs are too big for the plastic Cadian/Catachan bodies.

Does anyone have any suggestions/advice/ideas for appropriate legs that would work?

Don't know if they're available yet or not, but for my Jungle Fighter army I had a squad mounted on the original Vincent Black Shadow (Rouge Trader first Marine bike) and I used the legs that came with the old Heavy Bolter (I think it was that and one other that had one) gunner. The gunner came in two pieces and I ordered five sets of the leg from GW parts. They fit perfect on top of the bikes, and although not the original upper body I'd chosen I eventually went with the plastic Catachan for the upper torsos.

Watch eBay for the last generation of plastic Ork bikes – not the current "cobbled together" versions, but the ones that came before. Their legs are perfectly scaled for Catachan torsos.

Cadians are far more difficult to kitbash with, since the belt is on the torso rather than the legs. You have to file the belt buckle completely smooth to have a convincing appearance.

EDIT: Gorkamorka bikes should be the same ones I'm talking about.

Think black orc games has a male and female biker that come in two parts ? Not sure if they would match up, though ?

clkeagle is correct on the old ork legs ,also try to see if Eldar hover bikers do the trick.

Or you could make legs out of putty. If you want boots then snip them off the old legs and attach to the new ones.

What about WHFB Empire riders (not knights but I think there are some soft-clothed types)?

I found some Chaos human stuff that might possible work. Here:

The Warstore (hope that link above worked – if not go to The Warstore Battle Wagon bits section).

Here's Imperial Guard pilot's legs for 99 cents that might also work for what you're doing.

How about Marine Scout Biker legs?

I was just looking at the Scout Bikers legs. How well do Cadian bodies fit on them?
