I know that the Swiss cantons obtein money sending their soldies to France and Spain.

Did they send them under a payment to the cantons to another countries?

And if the answer is no, any knows why?.

I believe that some of the Italian states had Swiss units. The Pope, of course, had the Swiss Guards.

Not quite the same, but the British took over several emigre Royalist Swiss units (e.g., de Mueron, de Roll, de Watteville).

Mostly, I think the practice was dying out because it wasn't cost effective, really. And after Bonaparte's second Italian campaign and the formation of the Cis-Alpine Republic (later the Kingdom of Italy), Switzerland was surrounded by French and French puppet territory.

Piedmont had Swiss troops during the 18th century as did the Dutch.

Also I believe there was a long standing tradition for Swiss troops to serve with the French.

The Kingdom of the Two Sicilies employed Swiss right up to its demise, in 1861.

Pas d'argent, pas de Suisse.

Off-period, but in the early 18th C. both Prussia and Saxony had Swiss Guard companies – presumably from the Protestanmt cantons, as opposed to those in French and Spanish service.
