All, Wagram was refought last weekend in the Guards Officers Mess at Wellington Barracks, London. 25 players joined to refight this truly immense struggle on a table stretching over 35 feet, with over 12,000 15mm figures! Rules were General de Brigade and all units were at 1:20 figure scale. Player contributions saw the event raise £600.00 GBP for the Colonels Fund 1st Bn. Grenadier Guards for wounded guardsmen. Nice job. It looks like a great day's event. And it raised funds for a worthy cause. Very nice. |

I like the look of 15/18mm figures when they are used in 1:20 ratio battalions of 32-36 figures. |

Looks like a great game, excellent pics. It also highlights the trouble with big games with lots of players in 15mm and smaller scales, players are always crammed in shoulder to shoulder, still, I guess you just end up being closer friends

Yes, when a 'small' command is 16 battalions, 4 cavalry regiments, and 2 batteries, it gets a bit cozy; but then, with 300,000 real troops engaged on both sides, what would you expect? |

How so many guys can played at the same time?. You made a "round" and each one had to wait his turn?. Or the combats are indivually between two guys which each one managed a Corp?. Are there a supreme commander which send order to the others participants?. Amicalement Armand |

What, they don't have multi-player games in Argentina? |

It was a gentlemanly affair, and each chap simply took his turn, as it came up, I didn't find it a problem, and didn't have to use my elbows even once :-) |

Agreed, that man. You only have to wait for the bloke directly opposite you usually. I don't know how, but it usually works itself out and there's no more delay than in a smaller game. |
