"soooo top gun, you are making those tank things, why don't you make these things too? why don't you make seated spaceship crew"?

'Tis easier to sculpt a Grav Tank for me, than 15mm figures.

Sculpt us some clean, use-form, humanoid light combat walkers like the ones in the Traveller 2300 universe :)

Dudes, Landmates……

@Top Gun Ace,

Seeing as you're the aerospace buff, how about a proper mid-tech lifting body dropship then? Something like this for 15mm…

Or this…

That would be fun.

I'll have to see if I can come up with a decent design.

In the interim, you might check out the Inara's Shuttle ornament, available on eBay. They look very nice, are made of plastic or resin, aren't overly expensive, and look great with 15mm troops.

Check out the Dropship Horizon blog for pics of one with GZG's New Israeli troops. They go very well together.

GZG special offer, Inara's shuttle… might be time to put together some Firefly scenarios!

Combat engineers, troops with mine detectors.
Senior ncos with the relevant national forage cap,.

Generals HQs – targets for commando raids.

Scifi civilians / partizans/rebels with military weapons.

@Lampyridae:

Actually, the Venturestar model you linked to IS in 15mm (or close enough: 1/100).

Just a guess, but I imagine he would like something that costs a little less than $145, plus shipping.

In addition to the updating of the factions in the GZGverse (which are awesome by the way). I'd like to see Masamune Shirow inspired designs.

Something like the troopers and JMSDF Type 303 (Landmates) of the Umibozu from Ghost in the Shell.

@Wellspring,

Yeah, what TGA said. Something worth that much would only ever be a hangar queen on my desk! I would rather scratchbuild for the price (not too difficult).
