Just out of curiousity, I cruised over to the site, and saw the announcement:

Wow…he was having some health issues I know, and now this…

Good luck to him.

That's tough. Health, and problems with a move and housing, and now this. Best wishes, Mike, and I hope you get things sorted to your satisfaction.

I am very sorry to hear that.

I hope things turn around for the better, for him soon.

Sincerely,

Rob

My thoughts are with him. When I split up from my first wife I ended up living in a besit and had to dump at least half my wargames stuff because I simply did not have the space for everything and the Courts in the UK at that time automatically gave the family home, lock stock and barrel, to the mother. The father was left to make the best of whatever was left. I am still bitter about it after over 20 years – does it show?

I wish Mike all the best. He was one of the first people to offer help and support to me during the past year when my wife was seriously ill, even though he himself has been far from well.

I'm one of the clients which never got their ordered goods (more than a year ago in spite of numerous messages sent and some evasive answers received). My experience with Stronghold was very bad. It was one of the reasons for me to stop ordering from small businesses via the Internet which is a pity.
