Well, not actually a full-fledged review yet; it's more of a "first impression" at the moment. link But still, I tried to write up a quick review of the kind I would have loved to see when I was shopping around for these miniatures. Hope someone will find this useful! P.S I will be following up with a more detailed review once I finish painting these guys up |

Open the trap on your sink drain pipe and you'll probably find all sorts of treasure, including your missing Komissar. All sorts of gunk, too. Unless you dropped him down the dispose-all and weren't courageous enough to go rescue him! - Bob |

Yeah, Bob. I'm trying to shore up the courage to try that out tonight. |

Just use a bucket and wear gloves. Depending on the sink, it's probably not that bad. You can run some hot water through it if you're worried. Just don't wash the little guy away! :) Reward yourself by spending the money you would otherwise spend on a plumber on a few new blisters. - Bob |

That raises a good question--what company makes suitable "largish" Soviet flags for FOW infantry/ensigns? Cutting a flag off the back of the box leaves a bit to be desired. |

I just download a suitable image and re-size it in a graphics editor, then print on a color inkjet. Any size I want, cheap! They also look a bit more faded/used than the box-back versions. - Bob |

In case of future fumbles, you may want to invest in a drain strainer, generally available in dollar stores or Asian grocery/kitchen supply stores
