Does any manufacturer make a 25 or 28 miniature of a historical Celtic chieftain being carried on a shield by bearers? I thought I saw one once somewhere, but might be thinking of the fantasy Celtos range or the cartoon Asterix range…

Alternative Armies does one as well:

A little putty to put trousers on the one warrior with a loincloth, and a more sensible sword in the hero's hand, and this looks quite good.

I've got a fantasy celt one also, similar look to the one Allen has linked to but not the same. Not sure of the make though.

The Celtos line (fantasy Celts currently from Brigade Models) has an "all Girls" version.

There is also a Asterix/Obelisk line with a couple guys hoisting the chief on his shield. Been out of production for many many years -- good luck getting that one -- last one on e-bay went for over $100.00.

Those new Foundry Celts are nice. Hadn't seen those before, when did they get sculpted? Especially like the civvies and the chieftan.

You could probably do this with the Wargames factory Celt Warband kit.
