The last thread on this topic was 2 years ago. So how's the gaming scene now in Austin? Still good interest in Historicals? Can Austin still be called a "gaming mecca"? |

Do searches for Millennium Con, Lone Star Historical Miniatures, and Great Hall Games: still Mecca, yes. |

Yes! Great Hall Games is the center for much historical gaming. This Sunday there will be Sandal Camp II for beginning FoG players (there were 12 participants in SC I) and a WSS campaign game. We have an ongoing FoW late medieval campaign and plans for a c. 200 BC campaign in the works. In addition, there are many gamers in the Austin area who have their own game rooms. Millennium 12 is coming. Onward through the Fog! |
