Imperial Forge, for my eyes looking at your picture then Kingsford, Museum Miniatures and Perry are more or less compatible? Would you accept this statement? I think I remember someone said the Museum miniatures will be taller? Please execuse possible errors English is not my native language. |

TAG were left out of this group, as were Black Hat, and Curtey. I don't have any museum pieces, but, I do have the Kingsford. Both are larger than the rest from previous dicussion. The Kingsford pieces are great castings that stand about a half a head taller than the rest of my army. I use them as focus pieces in front or off to the side of the battle line. |

I think it might be more helpful to depict all figures in similar poses, i.e. all standing or all kneeling, rather than a mixture. Cheers, Scott |

"for my eyes looking at your picture then Kingsford, Museum Miniatures and Perry are more or less compatible? Would you accept this statement? I think I remember someone said the Museum miniatures will be taller?" Museum Miniatures are taller than Perrys, at least the packs that I have picked up. I'm currently on the other side of the globe than my poor samurai so I can't take a better picture, but here is a comparison between Perry, em 4 and Museum Miniatures. picture It's difficult to see in the picture, but I think the MM one is about 1-2mm taller and has more "heroic" sized limbs and head. But once they are almost painted, they make up for a very nice baggage train, so I'm not complaining! The fact that these have a very slouched stature makes it less obvious too. picture TAG has been mentioned, and they are about the same size as PM, with a slightly more heroic style. The big difference is in style of armour and gear, as the two ranges represent different eras. Here is GW, PM and TAG: picture Imperial Forge: nice to see you online again! I'm looking forward to picking up some Tadakatsu transfers. I'd be happy to take some better pictures of the banners you put on the website once I get back, because I'm not so proud of that picture ><. I also have tried them out on some other stuff if you are interested: picture picture
I miss my miniatures. |

Well new here. Paint a lot of samurai. Got all of the above. In my oppinion perry and black hat go very well together. Museum miniatures have some good codes like the wardrum and the archers apart from that I find them hard to use. No armour and quite simple sculpting. Well if you like check out my homepage miniaturepainter.dk under lord of the rings there are quite a lot of regiments futher down you will find kingsford gallery ect |

Kingford's a tad pricey; 6 guys for 18? Do we have any lines that are large enough to use with Wargames Factory? I heard WF is a tad above "true" 28mm. M. |
