October 24th we will be hosting our first Annual Miniatures Bazaar. We will provide table space for you to bring in miniatures you no longer want for an all day trade-a-palooza, or stop by for some amazing deals on used and new miniatures. Any trades must fall into one of three categories-
Direct Swap – two people trade what they feel is an equal amount of miniatures.
Trade for Product – if there is something you want from the store's inventory, ask the person you are trading with to buy it for you in exchange.
Trade for Store Credit – you can exchange your old minis for a Store Credit Voucher. All participants will have either a Seller or Buyer number. At the time of exchange they will both mark on their sheet the other's number and the agreed price. When done for the day, Buyers will go down stairs and cash out, paying at the register for the amounts they have agreed upon with the sellers. Sellers will collect their store credit at the end of the day, having it either applied to a purchase or put on a gift card.
The game room will open at 10:00 am for sellers to set up their tables. From 10:30 to 11:00 Seller's will be able to look around during the Seller's period, before the room is open to all at 11:00am
