Hi Guys I'm pleased to present a preview of GZG's resculpted and expanded range of New Israelis on my Dropship Horizon blog: dropshiphorizon.blogspot.com The photos of the new packs will be up on the blog a little later and the minis will be available from the GZG webstore during the course of this week. If you are a fan of GZG's NAC, then take a look at the new heavy auto-cannon here: link And new NAC seated infantry (3 different Marines and 1 separate helmet per sprue) here: link Cheers Mark The title should of course read "preview". Doh! |

Works fine for me. In fact, TOO fine. Those NI troopers look fantastic. Great work, Jon! Will there be snipers/HW troops also? I already have NI troops, but these new ones are too sweet to pass up. There goes the US/UK trade deficit. :) |

I got the right page. The née figures look very nice. |

Now the link works for me, thanks Mark. |

Kewl. Those closed in helmets would make them suitable for troops in pressure suits too. |

Wow! Those look awesome. Thanks for posting the new pics. Glad Jon and his sculptor are listening to us, since the action poses are much better than the standard ones available for most miniature ranges. They actually look like they are moving, or in a firefight, as opposed to just standing around, bored out of their minds. I hope all of the new additions to the other ranges, UNSC, NSL, Vacc Suit troops, etc., will be produced in similar action poses. I especially like the SAW gunners, since those look an awful lot like plasma rifles to me. I could use a whole platoon of those, if more poses become available down the road. Glad to see the New Israelis finally have some real firepower to go toe-to-toe with other heavily armed forces. |

The NI troops are fantastic! I have not yet ordered from GZG (at least their 15mm ranges), this will probably change that though! -Will |

Those are awesome! The list of what I need to order from Jon keeps growing. Thanks, John |

Latest news: Further New Israeli packs will include: 4 snipers (2 each prone and advancing) 4 over-shoulder GMS(P) operators (again 2 prone firing, 2 advancing) 2 Heavy Gauss MG teams (2 guns and tripod mounts, two seated gunners, two loader/spotters). Cheers Mark |

Jon, Will you be releasing these all at one time? Or in 2+ seperate batches? |
| daddyslittlemen | 13 Oct 2009 9:28 a.m. PST |
Is it too early to ask which Nationality is next? |
| Top Gun Ace | 13 Oct 2009 12:04 p.m. PST |
UNSC, and Light/Heavy Vacc Suit troopers, of course (hopefully), then NSL and FSE, right after the flying troopers come out, e.g. those with anti-grav/rocket/jet-pack belts/backpacks in battle armor. |

"Jon, Will you be releasing these all at one time? Or in 2+ seperate batches?" One big batch first of all the codes previewed so far (Z6 to Z11), then a few more packs of support weapons etc. added a bit later on – much as we've done with the NAC. "Is it too early to ask which Nationality is next?" The UNSC are certainly high on the list, though that is of course provisional and we reserve the right to change our minds! There will also be some "surprises" in between the re-worked ranges
;-) Glad you all like them so far, Jon (GZG) |

This may sound like a dumb question, but here it goes anyway. Are these new sculpts replacing these picture or are they in addition to? |
| AWuuuu | 13 Oct 2009 2:12 p.m. PST |
Why replacing – expanding :> |

"This may sound like a dumb question, but here it goes anyway. Are these new sculpts replacing these picture or are they in addition to?" Not a dumb question at all! In the case of the NI figures, they are definitely ADDING TO, not replacing, the originals – since the new ones are very close in size and style to the Z1 and Z5 packs – just a tiny bit slimmer and in much more "active" poses. You should find that old and new packs will mix just fine, even on the same stands. Jon (GZG) |

We like active poses
Much better for combat on the tabletop. |
| Top Gun Ace | 18 Oct 2009 2:06 a.m. PST |
I'd like to see a squad of NI troops firing from the shoulder as well, e.g. standing, kneeling, and prone
.. Say two each of the smaller weapons for the above, and a pair of standing figs firing the SAW (Heavy Plasma Weapon) from the shoulder. |
