Who makes IYHO a very good line (or best line) of SF vehicles. This would include tracked, hover, wheeled, dropship etc. Tanks (both heavy and light), APC, transport vehicles (all types)laser units would all be examples. Thanks. |

Me, for the Grav Tanks, but they aren't quite ready to be shown/released yet. Having difficulty finding a supplier to provide some detailing parts at a reasonable price. Anyone know of a company that can provide brass etching for the hobbyist, at a reasonable price? I need someone that can convert drawings from MS Word into a drawing file, and then do the brass etching. |

I'm a huge fan of Ground Zero Games and Combat Wombat's 15mm vehicles. You can see some examples of both here: link |

GZG has both some of the best and the broadest line of vehicles available. |

Old Crow has a nice line of track, hover and grav vehicles. Dan |

"Best" is subjective, especially as everyone has a different vision of Sci Fi. Best AND match your criteria is even more difficult. For breadth of range: Force XXI and Old Crow are the only manufacturers that match your critera in full. GZG, Brigade and Combat Wombat are next. Then Rebel Minis. Links to all and more can be found here: link Best? I like elements of all. 80% of my collection is GZG – cause I like them. Cheers Mark |

Not to beat a dead horse, but one of the best 15mm dropship/transports out there is a 28mm GW Tau Devilfish with all the hatches closed. |

"Force XXI and Old Crow are the only manufacturers that match your critera in full." So do GZG |

"Force XXI and Old Crow are the only manufacturers that match your critera in full." Got a code for GZG's Dropship then? Cheers Mark |

"Got a code for GZG's Dropship then?" The Tactical Interface Transport, when it comes back into production, will be fine (even though it's nominally 25mm). |

Don't forget all the plastic 1/72-1/144 stuff out there that works fine for 15mm. I've just picked up two of these- link and two of these- auction As well as Combat Wombat, GZG, Old Crow, model railway vehicles and toy vehicles from pound shops. What I'm trying to say is; don't restrict yourself to one manufacturer. Take a look at real world armies for the vast variety of vehicles in use, often within one unit. Mixing and matching is not only fun, it is also, dare I say, realistic. |

I have a few pictures of 15mm vehicles on my site. Head over to the links section as well. I have a really good list of 15mm suppliers. miniaturereview.com |

The Tactical Interface Transport, when it comes back into production, will be fine (even though it's nominally 25mm). So not 15mm and not in production then. How did I miss that one. Cheers Mark |

Jon. If you are reading this, any plans for a 15mm Dropship? Cheers Mark |

Which Jon do you mean? Based on your list of 15mm sci fi vehicle suppliers, I assume you mean the other one. |

Whoa, hey! Ambush Alley, where did you get that 15mm Panhard VBL? |

I'd love to see the Tactical Interface Transport in 15mm (or 28mm re-released). A nice pair of them would be great for penetrating deep into enemy territory and releasing some troops-- whether you're going in frontally or from behind, or even just strafing the surface. Also the acronym is cool. |

@javelin: It's purty, huh? They're from IrishSerb. I don't know if he has a website yet or not – I'll see if I can find his contact info for you (if someone here doesn't beat me to it). ;) |

Here's one of my favorites: link Though many may think I'm making fun of FoW, I'm serious. I recently bought a set of these specifically to use for sci-fi. |

"Based on your list of 15mm sci fi vehicle suppliers, I assume you mean the other one." Yes. Lovely models Jon (Kh) but don't fill the criteria mentioned in the original post. BTW Master Chef has been talking about ordering some Pelagic Tanks from you. I showed him the Sea Wasp and he loves it. Cheers Mark |

Javelin98, here's the Panhard VBL and some hummers link A great guy to do business with. Transatlantic orders with no problems. And Combat Wombat is currently not trading due to Scotty being overseas on active service. As far as I know he'll be back up and running some time next year. |

You could always do conversions of class WWII vehicles and make them into Sci-Fi stuff. link |

Moderns without tracks look better, in my humble opinion. |
