YES.. YES.. and OHhHHHHH YES..lol..
Bsically, the main rule book contains a wide varierty of mission types, it even has a rudimentary mission ladder system for playing linked games. These basically give you a primary objective and some secondary ones, depending on the type of game being played. You can easily flesh these out into bigger and more specific things if you wish. Our club does regularly.
And just this month, GEG have put out "Operations and Objectives which is their own "Campaign" game rule set, which can be used with RoE or even stand alone for other rule sets. The book also contains a campaign story ready to go, which looks a cracker. (See: link )
In addition GEG have put out their own D-day scenario campaign, Battle for the Bridgehead – Beyond Omaha (See; link )
In addition, there is also a conversion table on the GEG website that allows you to use the "skirmish campaigns" series of books, of which there are lots out there, from early war to late war. Each has about 10 -12 seperate linked scenarios in them. Each mission has a force table than has a random element in it, (you dice for it) that means you can play the same mission over and over, but the forces and some objectives can change).
So there is lot of stuff out there for use with it or along side RoE.
As a rule set, it is simply the best I have found for platoon level 1:1 representation out there imho.
Oh they have also done an operation bagration expanstion if your into your russian, finns etc.
