These are for Hordes (http://privateerpress.com/hordes), which is oft known as WarMachine's feral twin. I've altered them a little to add my personal flare to them.

Miniatures for the Skorne faction. But, I did them up to be like Klingons.

picture
Group shot- Commander Ke'Vath (he's a little blurry), his brother, Lieutenant Blaad and a Standard Bearer. Note the long braided beards on Ke'Vath and Blaad… this is a family tradition amongst them.

I chose traditional Klingon colors- Steel and Black- and, I used a deep red to break it all up nicely. The Deep emerald I used sparingly to add a striking contrast that doesn't overwhelm the model.

Closeup of Commander Ke'Vath.

Closeup of Lieutenant Blaad (pronounced- "Blade" but tie your tongue up in a pretzel like the Klingons do when you say it. ;-D).
Badass Samurai Klingon commin atcha!

And, the Standard Bearer.
Note the forehead ridges- standard Post-TOS Klingon. The Skorne came automatically with them, just no hair… So, adding hair and a beard to make them Klingon seemed a no-brainer and really made them cool, for me.

Enjoy!

That's what we like! I immediately thought, "Black Numenoreans! Yes!" These are well hard figures with a dynamic paint job. Now, off to the Privateer Press site with credit card in hand.
Thanks!

Very cool! Looks like medieval Klingons…now you just need Hamlet in the original Klingon!

Very nice indeed. Now if only someone made disruptors in that scale.

I like those

I really like your idea. I look at the Skorne and think they'd make good Martians for VSF games.

Fantastic, love 'em!

Great Idea! You did a grand job on the paint jobs.

Now you need some human warriors in Fed colors…

Awesome! I have a Skorne army painted for Hordes in their more "traditional" colors, but a more terracotta red. I think they'll make great Imperial Martians if I ever get around to my VSF Mars game.
