My wife is doing the 24 hour-Draw a 24-page comic and I'm keeping her company by painting all my Star Fleet Battles and FASA Star Trek Ships! Klingons are DONE! Feds are half-way! I'll post pics tomorrow. Klingons are: 1xC8 Dreadnaught, 1 X SFB D7, 2x FASA K'Tinga D7, 2x SFB D6, 1x SFB F5L, 1x SFB F5, 1x SFB E4, 6x Studio Bergstrom "Bird of Prey" (Using as E4 Escorts), 1x FASA D-10 Heavy Battlecruiser (Using as D-7 Command Cruiser), 1x SFB C-7 Heavy Battlecruiser. All are painted similar to the D-7s in "Star Trek: The Motion Picture". |

Feds almost there: 1x SFB DN, 2x SFB CA, 1 X SFB Gal Survey Cruiser, 1 X SFB Heavy DD, 1x SFB Battle DD, 1x SFB DD, 1x FASA Andor-Class Torpedo Cruiser, 1x FASA Northampton Cruiser, 1x FASA Loknar, 1x FASA Larson, 1x FASA Remora. |

Those look awesome. What a great way to spend "quality time" with the other half. In our house, my wife`s hobby is to design and make clothes for herself. When I paint in my hobby room, she goes off to her sewing room and sews clothes together from scratch. This way she does her thing and I do mine!! |

thanks guys! I used an undercoat of Privateer Press "Morrow White" first. then I inked with Vallejo 73201 Black wash to pick out details, then used Vallejo 971 "Green Grey" for the paneling and Vallejo 70973 Light Sea Grey for the secondary structure. (Then various Vallejo Reds' yellow, and Blues for accent work) |
