I'm trying to track down a 28mm Churchill figure I saw once and now cannot remember who manufactured it.

It is a sculpt of Winston Churchill holding a Thompson sub-machine gun.

Can anyone help ? I'm beginning to think I imagined it !

Amazon Miniatures sold one but I can't see it on their site at the moment

There's also the Black Scorpion one but no SMG

There is a fellow in Artizan's Thrilling Tales that looks like a muscled up Churchill.

I don't suppose anyone makes a 15mm Winston? I always wanted one for a FoW tank commander. grin

Come off it – that Artizan one looks nothing like Churchill! grin Unless he was an East End thug!

I've used the Scale Creep version , but cut down his legs a bit to make it compatible with my Foundry Home guard . He does not have a Thompson though.

GarnhamGhast: Jowly old white dudes are hard to tell apart (at least based on my observations in various faculty meetings). Seems pretty close to me. Perhaps he is posed to set Europe ablaze all by himself?

The Assault group have one in their 'freebie miniatures' range, but they will probably sell you one if you ask. Churchill is in the 'classic' pose with walking stick and cigar.
