Hydra has some great little robots in their Robot Legion range. I think the minibots are in the 15-20mm range. The hoverbots are also great little figures. Cut down the flightstand and they would make nasty opponents for 15mm spacefarers. link |

GZG has a two-pack of heavier workbots in their anime line. GW Necron Scarabs work nicely in 15mm. |

Although they are a very different style, Dream Pod 9's Heavy Gear "Flails" make great combat droids. They are about the same size as a 15mm human, and very well sculpted. Plus, DP9 has great customer service, I ordered a set, and found that one Flail was miscast. (the rest were perfect, few mold-lines, etc. A quick email to DP9, and I had a replacement in a couple days. link |
