Very nice! Spartan history is full of this love-hate relationiship with their Kings. Maybe they (royal family) should have been entered into the agoge as a child like the rest of the Spartans? :) Nice work. Why ancient rules do you play? Mike B |

Hi Mike, I mostly play Command and Colors (Ancients). The rules are great for the Punic wars, but I'm a little doubtful about using these rules for hoplite battles. Unfortunately my Spartans have barely been used. Although I have a good sized Spartan army, I don't have enough opponents for them. Maybe next year… Simon |
